  • Time: 9 am to 4 pm
  • Course Description: Boundaries exist to give us a sense of ourselves and help us to build healthy relationships. They are there for our protection. They are flexible, not fixed, and can change - with how we feel and who we are with, but - they are our boundaries. Lack of boundaries can lead to co-dependent behaviours which can be very dysfunctional. As a result, co-dependent people experience emotional abuse in relationships because they are not able to form firm boundaries and allow others to walk all over the weak ones that they have. In this course, we will discuss the many areas in which we ourselves can set boundaries in our own lives and help others as well.
    Specifically:
  • Relationship Issues due to lack of boundaries
  • Co-dependency: what is it? And how lack of boundaries leads to co-dependant issues
  • Recognizing co-dependent behaviours, in ourselves and in others
  • How to set healthy boundaries, and to be freed from co-dependency

  • Cost: For credit: $450 | For audit: $225
