COST PER SEMESTER:
TUITION* $2,250 + $300.00 Books Fee (book fee may vary depending on classes taken).
One time Application Fee - $75
Tuition and book fees are due on or before the last day
Graduation Fee: $140 due by midterm of each Spring Semester
*Tuition is calculated at $150 per credit hour
Orientation date: September 5th, 2017 and the Start day for classes: September 6th, 2017
Presently dormitory facilities are not available.
We work with students to find safe and convenient housing with myvictory church members or local housing accommodations.
The cost to audit a class is $225 per course plus the cost of books or manuals. Those auditing courses on campus may attend all classes and may do the assignments and exams, but assignments and exams may not be marked.
PAYMENTS OF ACCOUNTS:
All college accounts should be paid in full by the first day of each semester. (An approved student loan is considered to be full payment, even if the funds have not arrived yet.)
If paying in full is not possible, a payment plan may be allowed upon approval of the Dean and accounting department.
PAYMENT PLAN FOR 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR:
Sept. 5 – 25% of all first semester fees + a $25.00 administration fee
October 2 – 25% of all first semester fees
November 6 – 25% of all first semester fees
December 4 – 25% of all first semester fees
Jan. 2 – 25% of all second semester fees + a $25.00 administration fee
February 1 – 25% of all second semester fees
March 1 – 25% of all second semester fees
April 2 – 25% of all second semester fees
Any student graduating with outstanding fees will have his/her grades, transcript and diploma withheld until the account is paid in full. Any student who has an overdue account to the college will not be permitted to re-register for the next semester until the debt is paid in full. Students awaiting student loans, bursaries or scholarships should arrange to have enough personal spending money until these funds are available.
Withdrawals from a course during the first three weeks of a semester will merit a notation of a “W” (for withdrawal) on the student’s transcript. All withdrawals after that date will receive an “I” for incomplete.
Tuition Refund Policy:
A student who decides to leave the College is entitled to a refund of their tuition on the following percentage basis:
At the end of first week: 70%
At the end of second week: 60%
At the end of the third week: 50%
After the third week: No refunds
