Program Costs

The cost of attending VBCI is kept at the lowest possible level to encourage Bible training for everyone. The College reserves the right to adjust the fees without prior notice.

Application Fee

$40.00 (non-refundable)

Class Audit

50% of the regular price of the class. Those auditing may attend all classes and may do the assignments and exams, but these will not be marked. No credits are awarded for audit classes.

Transcripts

Each student will receive one transcript of marks. Additional transcripts may be obtained for $15.00 each.

Ministry Advancement Program

$4600.00 paid over 2 years ($2300.00 due at the beginning of each year). Approximate costs for Textbooks/Materials: $600.00 - $800.00 CAN.

Payment Of Accounts

All tuition, fees and textbook costs for the semester are due and payable on registration day. No certificate, diploma, degree, credits, or transcripts of marks will be provided to students whose accounts are in arrears.

Withdrawls

Withdrawals from a course during the first three weeks of a semester will merit a notation of a W for withdrawal on the student’s report. All withdrawals after this date will receive an F and will count as such in computing the grade point average. Exceptions are only by special permission of the Dean for particular cases, such as medical reasons. Financial penalties may apply to student who withdraw, please see student handbook or contact the Registrar’s Office for details.

Tuition Refund Policy

A student who decides to leave the College is entitled to a refund on the following percentage basis:

To end of first week: 70%
To end of second week: 60%
After the second week: No refunds

To obtain a refund as designated, students must apply to the Registrar's Office.
