The Advanced Diploma in Christian Leadership builds on both the One-Year Certificate in Biblical Studies and the Two-Year Diploma in Christian Ministry. Opportunities abound within Victory Churches for those who feel called to full-time ministry. All of the training and instruction in the 3rd Year is geared towards preparing the student for full-time ministry. Thus, there is a strong teaching element of in-class instruction, and a strong practical element in an in-depth internship.
For the length of the internship program (2 ½ months) each 3rd year student will work in a Victory church (somewhere in Western Canada) as a full-time staff member. During this time, the student will be mentored by the pastor (or a seasoned member of his staff) on both a personal and ministerial level. Our pre-internship interview process ensures that the student and the church are a “match”, so as to maximize the benefit for both the pastor and the intern.
This internship runs from January through the first week of April. The local church is responsible to provide the student with room and board during this time. At the end of the internship, the student will return to Victory Village to resume regular classes.

Victory Bible College offers a Graduate Program in Theology. Both a Master's and Doctoral degrees can be earned in Theology. The Graduate Program is geared towards those who feel called to full-time ministry, or to those who desire to grow deeper in this area. Both church staff who are currently in full-time ministry, as well as those who feel called toward full-time ministry will benefit from the Graduate Program at VBCI. A combination of theoretical and practical instruction is given, with the intent to very practically train and prepare students for ministry.
The Graduate Program is set up the same way as our Bachelor of Theology program. The Graduate program is geared toward training and equipping people while they are "on-the-job". Thus, all courses are taught in lecture sessions twice a year, running Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day. Each lecture session will consist of 6 courses. Assignments will be given to the students to complete within 1 year. Students will need 228 credits to obtain their Master's degree, and 272 Credits to obtain their Doctorate.
The Master's Degree consists of 228 Credits. Undergraduate students (Bachelor's level) already have 156, and thus 72 credits are gained directly in the Master's program. 54 Credits come from instruction (about 1.5 years), and 18 Credits from a Thesis.
The Doctorate Degree consists of 272 Credits. Master's students entering the Doctorate program already have 228, thus 44 credits are gained directly in the Doctorate program. 36 Credits are gained from instruction (1 year), and 8 Credits from Doctoral Dissertation.
